La Maison Ubé is a family-run business born in January and officially launched on November 7. The idea was born from my wife, whose passion and determination pushed us to bring real quality to Europe — not a copycat, but the true essence of Filipino ube.

From the very beginning, we carefully selected our suppliers and partnered directly with farmers in the Philippines to ensure responsible, sustainable, and ethical sourcing. Our ube is grown with respect for the environment — no GMOs, no additives — only pure, authentic purple yam.

Our mission is simple: to bring the real taste of Filipino ube to Europe, preserving tradition and sharing the genuine flavor that touches the heart and soul in every sip.
